I am Samuel Pene, a New Zealand-born, Provisionally Licensed Immigration Adviser (Licence No.202601288) regulated by the New Zealand Immigration Advisers Authority. My experience includes a 5 year tenure with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), serving as a Senior Immigration Officer assessing a broad range of temporary and residence visa applications.

This experience provides a practical understanding of New Zealand's immigration system and the standards applied during the visa assessment process.
